Has anyone tried to have the control arm bushing pressed out on a 93 GA, my local machine shop cant do it because there is rubber on the outside of the bushing not metal like an ordinary bushing, he told me to go to the dealer. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you fix them?

The bushings are a pain the first time, but once i got the first one the other 3 were easy.
To remove them use a ball joint press http://www.ingallseng.com/graphics/Tool_Pictures/90200.jpg
once you get the old bushing pushed out with the press, clean out the inside of the control arm so its perfectly smooth before you press the new one in, otherwise it will rip.
*IMPORTANT* use water based lubricant like wire pulling lube, petroleum based lube will destroy the bushing.
I found a vice works best for putting the new ones in, and then use the press again to center the bushing once its pressed in.
