Tweeter Problem

My driver side tweeter in my 2000 Grand Am SE has no output. I am wondering if this is a problem anyone has come across before? Bad wire? Bad tweeter?

Also, I plan on replacing my speakers in the future and searched this forum for some drop in replacements for the tweeters? All I found was the Infinity Reference 1011t. Is that all, does someone have a list?

Most manufacturers have just tweeters. Polk, Pioneer, Infinity, Kicker, Rockford, are among the few that come to mind.
