I am going to be purchasing a new head unit (jvc model KD-AVX2) There is a wire that is supposed to be hooked up to the parking break so in order to watch a movie you must have the parking break on. What do I do while I am installing this to bypass it. Here is a pdf manual of how they want you to hook it up.

I'm not sure, but try grounding the parking brake wire ;)

Thanks For these tips. Another person told me to ground the brake lead wire. Hopefully one of these things works.
