Listed right on PFYC's page for the product:
NOTE: E-mail us for more information if your vehicle is not listed.
Since you didn't tell us exactly what stereo you have, I'd suggest you email PFYC and see what they say. That way you'll know for sure. :)

Crutchfield.com suggests the GM12 module, but, as was said, it doesn't hurt to shoot PFYC or Crutchfield an email or phone call to make sure you get the right one.

USA Spec has an auxillary adaptor you could use to get theIPod to play through the OEM headunit as well as the others that were mentioned. Harmon Karden also have a pretty nice Ipod interface that can be used with any headunit and makes operating it very easy.
I'm not familliar with anything that allows you to totally control your iPod from the controls on the headunit.

For a GM, there is nothing out there to add to a factory radio to control the ipod. It's not a BMW where the jack in in the glovebox and it does it nativly. I would just get the GM adapter and use that as an aux input, but thats because I use something other than an iPod (creative labs zen touch 40GB)

I used one of the belkin tunecast FM modules for a while and it kept fading in and out. Sounded horiable and had a really high SNR. I would go hardwired for an aux input if at all possiable. I swapped my deck out (a good aux input was one of the many reasons for doing so).
