I was lookin at that amp a few days ago. what a monster *drool*
Almost as cool as the Jackhammer sub from MTX :roll2:
You can easily get the same (or more) power with less than 1/2 the $.

the jackhammer is cool and all, but it just doesn't blow my skirt up. especially for $7500. wanna talk about bargains? how about 5 solo x 18s for the price of ONE jackhammer.
and i cant find another amp anywhere near that wattage. found several that were 3-5,000.

cool article behind the technology of that monster. http://www.caraudiomag.com/0606_cae_rockford_fosgate_t15kw_amplifier/
I agree with Lash (sort of) the you can get more power with a cheaper price tag, BUT with this amp you don't need the crazy ass electrical system needed with other amps of the same caliber.

I meant using several strapable amps ;)
Besides....there are amps that put out near the power that thing does...but cost only 10% of what that does. ;)

I'd like to see a charging system actually strong enough to keep these monster amps going like they should. They'd be fine with the 10 gauge power kit from wal mart and my 70 amp alternator...right?

nope, you better be safe than sorry and upgrade to a 8 ga. power wire, with a 40 amp ANL fuse. and 70 amp is overkill, you'd be ok with a 60ish
