Is this possible? It's annoying as crap and I just want it gone.

Is it coming on often for no reason??? You may have a bad hub/sensor assembly....which will affect your ABS and traction control...I'd have it fixed instead of disabling it. :)

why dont you just put some fix a flat in the tire for now.. if its a small leak that or any sealer should fix it right up, atleast temporary until you can get it fixed right.

tried that...didnt work. I think its just poorly seated on the rim or the valve stem is leaking a little. Its not worth replacing the tire over. Anyway back to the question...does anyone know if I can disable it? The 1999 GA was the only one to have this "feature" and it annoyed people so they discontinued it. I want to discontinue mine as well.

Let me see if i'm getting this correct here , you know you have a leak in your tire and you're driving around knowing it's unsafe , but you just want to disable the light instead of fixing the real problem ?

Yes...thats correct.
Look, its a slow leak and it needs air added every couple of weeks. For a broke college student, its not worth it to fix now when i'm planning on getting a whole new set of tires before the snow hits the ground anyway. I have no problem with adding air every couple of weeks (I drove 1000 miles round trip to Vegas and it still doesnt need air). So with that said, can anyone tell me if there is a way to disable this stupid light without questioning why I want it gone???

:iagree:
If your low tire pressure light is coming on, then your tire is at minimum 5 lbs less than the opposite tire, but more likely 10 lbs less. This is a very unsafe condition.
Grab $20, head to the local tire shop and have them break the tire down and install a new valve stem.
Other choice is to pull your ABS fuse. Then you'll have 'ABS' and 'Trac Off' warning lights, and no ABS/Trac Control. But at least the Tire Pressure System will be disabled. ;)
Or take that $20 and buy a roll of duct tape...
