99+ Special Edition GA's

What exactly is the Special Edition for 99+ GA's? Did any of them come with different exhaust tips?

2000 was the GA 30th anniversary edition and the tips looked like the Borla tips.

2001 was the Pontiac 75th anniversary edition...no special tips.

Correction... The 30th Anniversary was 2003. (1973-2003)

There are some 1999+ SE models with 'Special Edition' badging, but that is just a dealer installed badge, it is not an official trim level or edition.
