Well its been a very fun time her, but I felt it was time to trade in the Grand Am for a new, more reliable car. I am sad to see it go, but it was its time. I will check in once in a while to see you guys.

So here it is, my brand new 06 Chevrolet Cobalt SS/SC. I am loving the boost, the car is a blast to drive. Without further ado, here she is:

Nice! I love the look of the SS's. I got a buddy that has a blue one,body kit already and is already pushing about 220 already with. Smaller SC pulley,exhaust,intake,etc..

Thanks guys, I will stick around to see what every one is up to at the place I called home since early '04. I absolutely fell in love with the color after I saw it, because originally I was looking at the silver ones. I will tint it soon, and as for the spoiler, I am eventually going to buy a carbon trunk lid so that will rid it of the spoiler. I live in Kenosha, and that was taken down by the lake/sort of marina area, if you ever go to Common Grounds coffee shop, you will see it near by.

I'm also a converted GA owner.
I don't own a Cobalt, but a Pontiac Pursuit, which is the same car.
The Pursuit was only available in Canada for 2005 and 2006, now it will be available as a coupe only is the US for 2007.

i like that color. when i was signing the papers on my SS they had a Impala SS and a Cobalt SS sitting in the showroom. i like the looks of the Cobalt, but it's a little too fast and furious for me to buy. no offense to anyone, i love the style, but wouldn't buy one for personal use :)


but that's a nice color. and i was making that judgement based on the yellow one they had on the floor. a different color might leave me with a different opinion.

Nice car! I almost bought one just like it before I heard about the G5. Now I'm just hoping for a G5 GTP or something, but I'm keeping the GA! :)

I think so too, it isnt like akward and gross like all the Ricer spoilers on the Hondas and crap that those retards put on. Its an awsome car and im in love with those wheels

You guys are all realizing why I am in love. I really like the spoiler, at first I thought great everyone and their mother will make fun of me, but everyone, and I mean everyone has liked it. And I was going to stick around anyway, even if I wasnt GM. I've learned alot over years about my Grand Am and would like to help anyone out if I can. Thanks for all the great responses.

I have mixed feelings about the spoiler. Somedays I like it others I dont really like it. For now I'm keeping mine on.
