What is the best way to lower your car for performance? I know you can swap springs, heat springs, cut a coil off and ext. But it doesn't seem like any of those would really help with performance. It seems like that would be fine if you just did it for looks, but what about performance??? I have already done a tire up grade 120 rated. I want road holding, not looks. I know lowering would help out but what about sway, and body lean?
Any thought are welcome.:???:

First of all you should never ever cut a spring or heat a spring to lower your car. It is very dangerous. Second a lowering spring will help with handling as you lower the car you also lower the cars center of gravity and reduce body roll. For your year of car eibachs are the most recognised brand, however from what I have heard you should go with either those or the H&R's they lower more and have heard that they keep the ride quality very close to stock.
Hope this helps you out a little.

you could always get a set of custom coilovers from me.
the performance on these things are unreal. they blow away any spring you could put on your car.
pm me if interested.
