dont know a whole lot about the 99's... BUT

if your car is anything like mine, you can buy different sized shims that you put behind the wheel bearing to adjust the camber.

your best bet is to take it to a front end shop, and have them do a computer allignment. They should be able to fill you in on whether or not the rear camber is off, and if it is they should be able to let you know what you can do to correct it.

The shop that put on the tires and rims did a computer alignment and said it had absolutely no rear camber, not sure exactly what they meant but they said they couldnt align it

rock auto lists 2 different camber adjustment kits for the rear.

one is -1-1/4 to +1-1/4 Deg

and the other is -1 to +1 Deg

if they did do a computer allignment, they should have provided you with a printout with information pertaining to your allignment, should tell you whether your camber is too negative or positive, and how many degrees off it is.

once you determine how many degrees your camber is off, you can order the correct kit and use the kit to properly allign the rear wheels.

the kit *might* not even be entirely neccesary. if you can find someone thats good enough, they can drill an offset into the strut assembly which will allow them to adjust the strut enough to give you the right camber.
