Removing the seats is pretty easy, go get yourself a T-50 that you can put on a socket wrench.. I think they are 2 bolts on either seat, then it kinda slides back and out of the car.
Apparently for the passenger seat it's a good idea to move it to its most forward position before tkaing it out, and don't touch the release to tip them forward.
^^ if you have a coupe that is.. I suppose sedans don't have to worry about that.
Youll have to unplug a wiring harness or two from the driver's seat.

I believe you will see some velcro fasteners at the hinge point of the seat which after you undo, you can pull the seat back outer covering off ... don't quote me though

If you're referring to the discomfort when sitting in the middle seat, that's because there is a metal beam running through there, a support or something I don't know, but it's metal, and it's in the shape of where foam should be.
Function before comfort I guess the engineers decided.
To take out the back seat there are 2 bolts, one in the left back corner, and one in the right back corner, you need to kind of push in the back support seat and unscrew the bolt. Then it should just pop off. The back is harder you need to see the clips inside the trunk to know what I'm tlaking about, I'm not sure if you have split folding seats, I don't, so it might be different if you ahve those.

I got a '95 and it is f***ing impossible to take the back seats out. There are two bolts under the carpeting on either side of the seat bottem, that came out easily, but there are these two torx bolts on the bottom of the seat back that are impossible to loosen. I broke two of my socket wrenches trying to get them out.....now I don't have any good socket wrenches. :( btw I also have that thing on the bottom of the front seat that's annoying and on the upgraded seats the lumbar support is a metal bar that pushes out and you can feel it cutting into your back. I just got padded seat covers and that fixed the problem.
