I have 2000 GA GT and like a lot of other people, my headlight casing has a lot of corrision and calcium build up on them. So i decided to order new casings. My problem is should i get the blackauto dynasty headlight casings or stick with the stock ones. I am going to upgrade my lights to HIDs to so im not sure what i should do. Does anyone have any knowledge or can give me some advice? I would appreciate it! Thanx

Depends on the look you want. If you like the stock housing get that. But if you want the Auto Dynasty's. Well get them. But I would suggest going to your local police station and ask if the black housing would be a problem along with the clear reflector, as some people have had issues with them.
Also although i have not had this problem, But some people have gotten condensation in the auto dynasty housings, If this were to happen i would suggest using a blow dryer get all the condensation out and run a beed of silicone around them to help make a better seal.
Now fitment, My auto Dynasty's look perfect no problems what so ever. But some say they dont fit properly. But before you get upset make sure you have the Lower outer bracket from the housing properly placed in the holder. Or your housings will not fit properly and will be nearly impossible to allign.
As for going HID, Someone has posted a link before with facts about HID conversions, and that converting the 9007 bulb to HID is pretty well useless to do. Do to a shorter fillement, which with the stock housing will make fade out areas. You may want to do some research before spending the money and going HID. Im pretty sure someone knows the link and thread im talking about.
Good luck to you, Hope this helps your decision.

you can save yourself a couple hundred by doing this:

if you're going HID, would you also use a projector beam? I know Magyver and CarAudioDave have both put in projector housings...
