everyday driving: 15 or 16's...they'll be the most comfortable
Handling: 17's or 18's...less side wall, less roll
Bling factor: 20 inch spinners...ride like shit, handle like shit, but look dumb.

Although it's an opinion... I think 17" offers the best compromise of looks/weight/handling on the pre-99 GA's.
