Just wondering is there a designated time to when we have to be there?? Im coming after work on the 3rd which will be some time after 4.. I checked my rand mcnally thing and it takes 3 hours to get there.. So Im looking at 7 or so at night depending on traffic.. You wont be able to miss me Ill still be in uniform when I get there...

... anytine you want to get there will be fine as there is simply a "Meet & Greet" in the parking lot ... it won't be hard to spot as it will be where all the people are standing in the middle of all the GAs :lol:

I can't wait to see everybody there!

Unfortunately I won't be coming up until the 5th, but I will meet up with everybody at the track, or back at the hotel.. or something. -- Had trouble getting off work, but better late than never!!

We prolly rolled in past 11:30pm last year. Worked out fine, although those going to bed thought it was a bit odd that we immediately got out the folding chairs and cracked open some beers in the lot.

Yeah Ill be up a day early sometime during mid afternoon I guess. Maybe even early afternoon.

15 to 17 hours..... thats from Halifax with quite a few breaks I think... Map Quest only says 1100km from Moncton.....

but from Halifax, with actually stopping at a restaurant or something, it might take that long!

I was planning on bringing my electric cooler in the back seat and a whole pile of sandwiches and snacks to make the ride without too much of a stop.


What time you plan on being in Moncton to meet up anyway ??

Moncton is 3-3.25 hours from Halifax ... I know it took 15 hours or so the first year but you might be right, I think we improved that the following years ... seems to me, that if I leave here at around 5 AM, I am in Albany for around 6-7 PM "NY time" meaning that is 7-8 PM here so the total travel time is 12-13 hours is what we had it down too ... all I know, it is a long day :lol:

Seriously though, bringing the cooler is a good idea but you'll have to allow at least a stop every couple hours or so to stretch the legs and have a pee :lol: ... that is why we leave a whole day early so we can relax a little on the way and then have all Thursday to make up for the long drive :)

Is everyone meeting at the Hotel on Thurs? What time is the show-n-shine? I'm not sure yet but depending on the majority or when we get up. It's about a 6 hour "mapquest" drive....So I could make it in 3 1/2 lmao~Grim

Meet & great is Thursday, we leave the hotel at around 9:30 for the show & shine on Friday
