1979 Grand Am Coupe 4 sale? How much

OK...so this is my first post on the site and hope that I have not put this in the wrong place.
I am looking for info for my father who is considering selling his 79 two door Grand AM. It has a V8 and in really nice original condition. He has had it since it was about 2 years old and kept in in the garage and rarely drove it until a few years ago. I am wondering what it might be worth becuse I am having a hard time finding any on the 'net.
Have found this one http://adcache.collectorcartraderonline.com/10/2/1/84522421.htm that is close but it has four doors and only 1750 miles on it. His is the same color though and I think has like 80,000.
Any ideas?

hmmmm.... I'm assuming that it has the pontiac 400 under the hood, right? that car isn't a huge collector car yet, you wont get much for it, maybe $1,500 US. I say keep it in real good shape and keep it for a few years. I need some under hood pics of it :) Oh, and keep the nose in the best shape possible, i hear replacements go for $1,100 easily.
