Since we all know shit happens I figured I'd start a thread pertaining to the mishaps that most of us will have while venturing to Albany for the GAOC/ECM meet.
I had a casualty before I even left my driveway....yesterday I had new tires put on my truck, this morning I went out to wash it and the left rear was totally flat. I put some air in it, sprayed some water on it, and found that my valve stem was leaking like a stuck pig.
Lets hear your stories!
totally OT John, but you bought your old Dakota back? :)
Casualty for me, I had zero Money available to go this year
Have fun all of you!

Yes I did blake, I want to get a boat and needed something to haul it with, my old dakota was for sale and I pretty much stole it for what I paid. It only has 50k miles on it and its still in pretty good shape.

Remind me to kick your arse because it's been raining here for the past 4 hours... pouring a few times enough to flood my street. I have still yet to load the trailer or truck, and just washed them both along with my bike in the rain at 5am.
Oh yeah... and still no sleep.
:bolt:
Does it make it any better to say its raining here too?
:shake:
Hoping for good weather for he rest of the meet for you all

You have BAD written all over you...
You spot Ben's flat tire, your brakes act up, and then while we waited with you Shawn's battery dies...
Maybe I'll stay here where it's safe tonight... lol
BTW, maybe we need to photochop you and put you in front of your old car that Northeast Acura of Latham NY totaled on you.

My car caught a case of the "Passlock virus" when everyone was leaving for Sat night dinner. Chris saved us.
It still didn't start the next morning and I had to wait ten minutes with the key on before I could go home.

Adding to the list...
1. way too much un-drank beer in Beavis (keg #2) after being evicted from the "executive room."
2. A shift cable. In the middle of the store lot... late last night. Cory... not all manual transmissions are beat to the point where you have to shift into 5th before reverse... and note that the Isuzu locks you out of reverse after being in 5th. More wire ties for teh ghetto rig.

My car battery died in the staging lanes thanks to my cooling fans. The funny part is, Jay and I were the first race of the day and I couldn’t move.
