Thermostat

I bought and installed a 160 degree thermostat and had issues, but here's a general question. What is the stock temperature of the thermostat installed from the factory, and should i maybe get a 180 instead of the 160 so i'm running a bit closer to the normal running temperature????Thanks

Use the 180 , the engine is designed to run closer to 195 - 200 . The computer will think the engine is not warmed up properly and will enrich the fuel causing poor mileage and other related problems .
