newbie with old GA

Hi all,

Got to thinking last night about the engine mods I'd like to do the Goat. Then thought why. It's fast enough for now :D Besides, the other Goat is getting engine mods first.

Next thought: Mod the GA. I've had it since it was new. Picked it up with 4 miles on the speedo.

So I signed up to take a look at what you guys have done to yours.

Is there a dedicated Drag thread on this forum?

Me neither but looking to do mods to the drive train. Still trying to figure out if i want road course or drag. Being that it's FWD i'm thing road but I haven't read a lot about what the GA is capable of. Been camped on the ls2gto site for the past six months and desided to look into this.

Drag racing has lost it's glory in my opinion. It's months worth of work to get a little slip saying how fast you went. Making a car handle better on the other hand not on benefits you in road course events but it also makes the car safer and more fun to drive.

It only has one picture on it, but the link works. If you need help with Cardomain let me know. It's a bit of a pain to use, but it isn't hard once you get used to it.

Thanks. I love driving it. But i love my GA too. Grocery getter, Great Dane to the vet, etc. No way he'll fit in the Goat even if I'd ever consider trying.
