I meant to post this last week, but I traded in my 96 Grand Am on the fact that it was starting to give me problems (AC compressor screamed full time, toasted a battery cable and 2 alts). So after a brief amount of searching I came across my new pride and Joy.

It seems alot quicker than most of the other factory ones ive been in. (I also went to the Philly Races tonight and whooped an RX8, but I heard theyre not cream of the crop, but w/e). Future plans: Drop it, AED Spoiler and maybe some sort of forced induction :)

Congrats on the new car.

Before you get that huge spoiler on a otherwise stock four cylinder I woul dmake sure to do the forced induction first, other wise you might find yourself being called out by alot of other drivers all too often.

Also look into the spoiler before purchasing it. It has to be epoxied together and alot of shops are know to turn it away.

bullshit... even the shitty version comes with 35 more hp than you... i mean the variables needed for you to "whoop" an rx8 are a lot... i'm sure u won because driver error... or he was bracket racing and u didnt realize it

Well he musta really had an error then, I had him off the line and he sunk the whole way, and it was a street race so no brakets

yeah...driver error. A GA wouldnt beat an rx8...unless it was maybe an auto but hard to beleive even then
