It's worse then it looks, it's not driveable, becausethe engine and everything like the battery and the fan and radiator and other things are pushed back, plus one of the fenders are pushed into the door so you can't open it, so I don't know. The damage is more then the car is worth, so i'll just get a new one! :D

I'd see about buying it back anyway. It used to be hard to sell "parts" cars but with ebay motors all that has changed. People pay a fortune for midly polished turds.

buy it back. and either part it out or rebuild. You'll get a check for like 6 grand minus deductible and however much it costs you to buy it back. figure maybe a grand to buy it back. Then you can take the rest of the money and put a fatty down payment on a new car, or rebuild. Or if you're going after the other driver(s) insurance company you could buy a new car AND rebuild this one.

Well, I forgot to mention some VERY important news. The guy that caused the mess took off right after the accident, so it was a hit and run incident. The guy that I hit got the other guys license plate number, and the officer matched the plates, and the car was stolen and the guy switched plates and the tags were also expired. PLUS, he moved out of his apartment in one day.
EDIT: And as he drove off his car was leaking MAJORLY because of the accident, and his bumper was dragging along the road, so I bet the car broke down and never made it home, so I don't know.
