 Nikki, I don't want to alarm you but someone has put a voodoo chicken thingy on your rear view mirror. Now personally I don't beleive in voodoo but there are recipes to cure things, if it's needed.
I'm amazed how much shinier these pictures are. Is it the washing or better lighting? Anyway that's why I love that burgandy color and actually wanted it for mine, but on a GT that color was forbidden.

LOL my dream catchers. My dad gave me my first one when I got my first car, so ever since then I had one. The one he gave me someone stole. A Native woman gave it to him when he was in the Army going through Colorado. So I guess a luck thing. But umm...the ones I took before...the dealership washed it. And now I did it by myself and it looks tons better huh? I was annoyed at their slacker job. They didnt clean inside the doors or anything. But I think lighting may have something to do with it. Maybe...but I spent a lot of time on it. I took those pics about 5 in the evening with some shade obviously. I think taking pics around that time makes it look nice. My opinion anyway. I took some around 1pm and they sucked. I was testing out different times. I tried to find a good spot, but any of the nice ones I risked killing myself and harming the car. So I need to think some more when I wash it again next week.

I think this one looks better than the first one because you can see the car in it :D The one you are using is the best of them, but it doesn't shine as much.
As you can tell I like the burning Pontiac emblem that Grafxworks sells.

To be fair I also put mud and brake dust on Trish's car so it's not like I didn't put some artistic thought into it.
You need to visit a spray wash. In my experience those dealer stickers come off if you hit them at an angle with the high pressure rinse water. Dealers should be ashamed of what they do to our cars. The gaudy plate borders are bad enough and the iridescent keychains may come in handy as tacky as they are, but sticker on paint is a no-no.

Yeah I know. I remember to do something about it then I forget. But I wasn't sure on how to get it off. I was told there was some stuff for stickers, but that's as far as my knowledge on that goes.

I've de-stickered every car I'm allowed to touch and I do it the same way every time. Angle the hose around it to peel the sticker up at the edges then it will peel off.
those stickers are plastic so any chemical to peel them is too harsh in my opinion. The residue however can be easily removed with wd 40. Let is soak about 20 seconds them wipe it off. You may need to wax the area because wd40 removes wax, but there isn't wax under the sticker anyway.

definately shiney. lol. "today on the subject of hippos..." ooooohhhh shinney.... :D
oh and for taking the stickers off... you can usually get them to come off pretty easily. just need to get a corner up... then slowly peel it away.
using wd-40 is ok of an idea. but paint thinner works too. mineral spirits i mean. so if you have either laying around then cool. and if you do it right and only use a little bit on a rag. (don't pour directly onto car) then you won't have to worry about paint or anyhting like that being damaged.

The sticker is going to be my next project on Saturday when I get a whole day to myself. So I will try and use your ideas to get the tacky thing off. Hopefully it works! Then I am going to get the emblems off some day...and then...I have no idea what to do next. Rims? I'm kind of slow this morning.
