Dear Mr. Pucci,

Wow I'm glad you are a member here this is Dave from the service desk where you dropped off your car for warranty work, I have been trying to reach you all day but then realized your cell phone was left in your car.
The phone was taken to the service desk but someone stole it so maybe you could call them and make them an offer to get it back, as a side note we are not responsible for items left unattended in vehicles.

Any way the warranty replacement didn't go so good in fact your car don't go so good so we pushed it outside to make room for cars with problems we could actually fix.

Well.........then the lunch truck came and the driver well he's a nice kid but he don't drive so good and backed into your car, not to worry as you know we also have a body shop.

We pushed the dang thing over there cause as I told you already it don't run at all and got most of the dents out, being alot of plastic really you just have to boot it one good one and they just pop out.

As far as the touch up paint well this is really where it became an issue cause we don't gots that color but the green fade [ new color] took very well.

Anyway not to worry you are our customer and we value your business!
I just wanted to let you know not to expect the car to be ready tomorrow and we will be in touch, oh and please call me if you make arrangements to get that cell phone back cause I;m not supposed to use the internet at work.

There is nothing wrong with ford. Well not much anyway. My mom has a 2000 mustang GT that has been great. and my FIANCEE<---- Wow that is spelled so wrong has a 2005 mustang GT. Her car is really good too.
