I'm sure nobody reads through these intro posts but I don't feel right joining forums and posting without introducing myself first, LOL.

My name is Jessica, I'm 21, engaged, and live in Branson Missouri. I found GAOC via the Grand Am group on Myspace (thanks to Dave!).

So I am new to GAOC but not to GAs! In fact I have recently re-fallen in love with Pontiacs. It's hard, too, when all of my friends are diehard Chevy fans (I love Chevy too, but Camaros are so overrated). We bought a silver 2000 GAGT a year ago and I know the car isn't the best or flashiest or the fastest thing ever, but I freaking love that car. I mean, come on, it has a hot ass. Although I must admit, my dream cars are a 1998 Black Grand Prix supercharged GTP and a 1994 Toyota Supra Twin Turbo.

We're doing minor upgrades now, were planning on getting headers but responsibilities come first (getting our dog spayed, cat neutered, paying credit cards, etc), but we do have an 80 series flowmaster (wanted a Borla, but the deal on this was TOO GOOD not to pass up) and a CAI we bought but have yet to install. That should be done this week though.

We are upgrading under the hood before I will ever touch cosmetics or sound. though we are getting the car painted (it needs it, it is rusting). Because a pretty car just LOOKS pretty, but if you have stuff done under the hood then you actually have something to brag about. Why have the looks if you don't have the brains?

I'm also into photography, automobile and pet/animal (my dogs and my car are my favorite subjects) so I'm excited to see a section here devoted to just that!

Anyway so if you want to know more my myspace is http://myspace.com/dontstay

Hopefully you'll find this forum much more productive and easy-going compared to the Myspace groups. They are rather full of useless BS... much like all of the other car groups & forums there.

Take Care, Pete

Thanks a bunch guys! I'm learning a lot by just browsing through the forums actually. We got our CAI on today... and found out our old intake was clogged WITH ACORNS! No wonder why we lost so much power! So there is a HUGE difference with the CAI now and we aren't having trouble with the transmission anymore either!

They do, they do. I don't know which has a hotter ass though. The GA has more of a "ghetto booty" whereas the Supra is just... I dunno  They are both probably the two sexiest cars alive. Except that Trans Am/Camaro concept... that would top the list if that actually went into production

Another Lady/Girl into Automobiles. cool. People at work just look at me when I have my Grand am Calendar, my car desk calendar and my car (my baby) on my desk.

Hay I like cars!
