I finally got around to removing the ribs and debadging it. I wasn't planing on pinstriping it but the passenger side quarter panel was repainted a few years ago and the shop never took off the side molding while painting it so there was a very noticeable paint line there when i took the molding off. The pinstripe was the best thing i could think of and i think it actually turned out pretty good. I got the round pontiac symbol graphic to cover up the hole in the fender that is revealed when you take the molding off and i got the pontiac overlay for the front bumper

Didn't get a close up of the line, the pinstripe covered it up.

I like how the kit looks from the side, but not at all from the front.

The pinstripe looks great... very cool and original.

Thanks everybody, i do want to lower my car but i live in a small town that is just about surrounded by woods and such and everywhere you go you run into potholes and roadkill and i'm afraid that i will damage my car if i lower it so i'm not sure what to do. The next thing i know for sure that i will do is tint it.

I like :) but you need better mesh in those grills

Hoogie

Yeah the mesh thats in there was ment to be temporary but i got caught up in doing other things to my car and haven't gotten around to changing it. Just a side note to those that have the non-painted mirrors, in case you didn't know rubbin some tire shine on them shines them up real nice. Mine aren't painted but they look like it in the pics.

I really like the pin stripe - makes it original. The body kit looks great too. Ever think about getting the SC/T hood? I think that would complete the look - either way, the ride still looks sweet :)

use spring compressors to lower your car? think about this, the compressors dont move like a spring, whats going to happen when you hit a bump?
