Anyone used this guy before?

I dunno quite where this fits but I guess this is a good a place as any.

I recently ordered an exhaust cutout from www.dmhperformance.com/photogallery. Only problem is that its been over a week already and no part. I've tried emailing him but he's not responding like he had been when I was inquiring about the order. I wanted to know if anyone has ordered from this guy before or if anyone knows someone else who has heard of him.

Btw assuming I don't get the part and he refuses to refund my money by not responding to emails how would I report it to paypal?

give it a few more days because you gotta give him a day to ship it then 7-10 days for it to arrive if it has not gotten there by day ten email him again and ask him whats going on...If nothing comes from him email ebay and talk to them about the situation.

It was best to wait. I got the part. What had happened was he sent an email after I ordered it last week but it never got to me, hence my concern. Regardless thanks for the advice.
