New Muffler

looks good. I d paint it with High temp engine paint. I painted my whole system from the front pipe to the muffler it will make it look alot better

Now if ony some of ou had the parts im looking for.

Sand it down, BBQ paint it or engine paint. Anything to help it last longer once teh salt hits the road here.

yes very nice!! i bet it sounds mean as hell to bieng that ur using only one (more flow thru one sounds raw!) um i used exhust sealer around the welds , its like a tar , and once that was all smoothed out, let it dry and then i painted it high temp black or u can use silver, and make sure u clean the area fiorst to avoid paint pealin or bubbleing due to impurities under the paint... i noitced some spots that i dident clean good enough are flaky/peeling...... loooks aawesome though!!

That was my first run with welding up an exhaust and it took a lot longer than I thought it would...mostly getting the tips even.

As for the sound clip, all I have here is an mp3 player and the recording does not do it justice so it may have to wait until I borrow a video camera.
