Transmission fluid

I got transmission flush done at 60k miles. My car is at 100k right now. Do you guys suggest getting another flush or just a pan drop this time?

My tranny sometimes hunts for a gear, meaning that the RPM jumps up and down and it finally shifts if I give it some more gas.

any type of periodic matinance cant hurt the car.
if you just drop the pan make sure you change the filter while your in there
