I'm going to be purchasing Sirius radio in the near future and was wondering, for the people who already have it, are there any other decent locations to put the antenna on the Grand Am besides the simplicity of the roof that will actually pick up the signal half-assed or better?....Thanks! :P

Mine is on the trunk, it works fine.

I have used the Sirius antenna on both the roof and trunk lid with success... doesn't seem to matter.

it doesnt matter too much as long as its on the metal and facing upwards. theres actually a civic around here that has the antenna on its hood :-x looks stupid but i bet it works. Mine is on my trunk right now, and Ive had it on the roof, and there doesnt appear to be a change in reception.

I have mine on my nissan in dead center on the trunk. You are also gonna wanna put it as close to the lip by the window as possible to limit the amount of exposed wire

I have my Sirius antenna on the dash of my Jeep Cherokee, on the rear deck in my 88 Grand Am, as well as on the rear deck of My Civic. The Rear window on the Grand Am in almost straight up and down too and I hardly experience signal loss.
