Hi,

What are peoples opinions on Earthquake amps, particularly the Xtreme ones. Are they good quality etc.

Thanks.

A few years ago Earthquake was a very solid brand....I can't say much about them now tho ... research if they've changed ownership recently or any major corporate changes...those things tend to trickle into the product (be it good or bad)

I don't know anything about modern earthquake amps, but what i do know is they made some of the best sounding subs ive ever heard. I know a guy who had them and he got fined for knocking a guys picture of a wall from like 50 yards or sumthin.

Yeah I can't say anything about their newer stuff either. But older stuff like the PHD2 "Shredder" and PHD3 "Rock" were pretty impressive amps--they put out tons of power.

Asking on a Car Audio forum might get you a better response regarding their newer stuff...
