Vinyl? I know the inlays and overlays look pretty nice when it's the right color. I have Grand Am on my rear windshield, I don't think many members are into the window badging thing but it turned out good and sets my car off. Do your panels and dash match your seats? If they don't, you could try dying the vinyl.

Yea, if you haven't already done so, get rims and tires and lower your car. Maybe quite a bit more expensive than your other mods, but diffenatly worth it!
+1 for pics

If we're talking cheapish mods a small step up in technical difficulty would be HID headlights, not the imitiaion bulbs, but an actual HID system. Shouldn't cost more than the Altezzas did.

1. Cover your chrome window trim.
2. Debadge if you havent already
3. Amber overlays
4. Remove side ribs.
You can do all that for about $5 if you cut the vinyl yourself.
Stuff that will cost some money.
1. Paint Calipers and drums (PAINT DRUMS BLACK!!)
2. Have mirrors painted to match body.
3. LED signals in teh front.
4. Neons/cathodes under the dash
I can list more if you want, but things start costing more money.
Just remember.... KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid)

Painting calipers and drums realy shouldn't be that expensive, spray paint will probably work just fine if you can layer it right. You'd want to use brake caliper paint or other types of high heat paint. Rustoleum will probably work fine for primer, and make sure to clean your calipers and drums and maybe wire brush them.

I wouldn't recomend using Rustoleum as primer unless for some reason its high heat because if your calipers overheat than the "primer" will flake causing the finish coat to flake. When using a spray caliper paint just clean the caliper really well and mask everything off and just shoot on a few coats i used VHT and its lasted almost 2 years and thats with salt and snow and all kinds of crap
