I have been reading this forum for about 1 year after I purchased my Daughter a 2000 Grand AM GT. I picked it up for 4,400 from a dealer with 80,000 on it a little body work had to be done. She loves it. She's put 20,000 on it the 1st year. No problems yet been changeing the oil every 3000 miles. Still looks and runs great.
My younger Daughter loved the car so I got a deal on a 1999 Grand AM SE 2 door. 120,000 on it.Looks great, runs good. Just replaced the front wheel bearings no problem there. Needs tires and Shes ready for the road. She goes for her License on Tuesday And she like the car is ready for the road.
Now my neighbors son love the cars and is looking at a 1999 Grand AM SE with a problem with the head. He wants me to go look at it. $1,000 sounds like a good deal.
