Well, my intake came in today, after about 45 minutes of not so bad labor, here it is. I decided I did not like the blue and black couples, so I painted them red.

Sounds very nice under acceleration. I have read post where people commenting on a whistling, mine however does not whistle. May be that I just do not here it, after years of Dj'ing in clubs, my hearing is not what it once was. I do not know that I feel a gain, honestly have not run it hard. I believe you'll like it though. Do yourself a favor, unless you do not mind the coupler from the M.A.F to the tube that goes into the fender well being black, spend 6 bucks on a can of vinyl paint and paint it. And yes, I bought it from Chrome Intakes.

P.S...........you will need to extend the wires on your mass airflow sensor, I added about 3 inches of wire to it.

i got and intake from them and didnt need to extend maf wires i just removed the little clamp type thing and it works but i recommend u put the maf on the tube that goes to yur throttle body before u attach it to the throttle body worked best for me.

It makes a difference, you will notice it mostly on the lower end. Sounds cooler, a bit better acceleration, especially in cold weather....for me gas mileage went down just a bit, but it was like 1 mpg so no big deal...but to be fair before i installed it i was getting higher mpg than it was factory rated to get.
If thats not enough to convince you, then how about this, it only costs 50 bucks and about 45 min of your time at max, so just get one

I have one from Keith... I'd sell it but I'd like to get a GA again.. miss mine... and I didn't need to mess with splicing wires. Wish I knew of a shop to get the pipework done; it's a piece of art, and I have permission to make them so long as Keith gets the engineering/design credit and yea I know I won't make much on it, but for the sake of the GA community, I'd go for it if I knew of a place. PM me if you know if I should go to a machine shop or general metal products place or what.
