Rear speakers

Hello,

I am looking for some rear speakers for a Grand Am GT that I currently bought but I was told that I was missing the speaker holder or brackets. I called a local Pontiac dealership and they said that other that the plate that they are placed in, there is nothing else for the speakers to get. Does anyone know what king of holder he was talking about?

I just replaced my whole audio system. The factory rear speakers sit in a plastic basket type set-up. The baskets holders are not essential by any stretch though.

i just replaced my stock 6x9's with some kenwoods and all u do is just take out the stock speakers out of the plastic holder thing and put your new ones in.....but it might be a tight fit, i broke one of the 4 clip things on one of the holders, but it still holds it tight.
