Hello.
OK thats not it.
I found this site in hopes of finding out more than I had already about my 95 GT.
I took this car off my brothers hands. He was letting it sit since he had purchased a new car and didn't want to mess with fixing it.
The AC did not blow cold, the power windows did not work, the power steering leaked, it stalled out when the engine was cold and you idled around, and it also had a sputter, hesitation when you tried to gove it gas at highway speeds.
I fixed the AC, the leak, and for now, the sputter and stalling. I purchased new window motors since I diagnosed that as the problem, just haven't got around to installing them yet.
Another problem it had, and the reason I searched out a forum, was the combo switch. When I turned on my parking lights, the duse would blow. This just started happening. The headlights worked, but night driving was a no no. Other than that, you had to jiggle it some to make everything work sometimes. I had hoped that the switch was grounding out something inside causeing the fuse problem. I didn't want to chase wires.
While awaiting account activation, I searched for everything I could think of and set out on my own to make my own headlight switch since the replacement one I got off ebay half worked. The blinkers worked, but the lights did not.
So I started figuring out what wires ran what to make my own switch. While doing this, I found out the parking lights hot wire must be grounding out somewhere. At that point, I shut the car up in frustration and to clear my head and will tackle that hunt this weekend.

I make most anything for the interior, trunk of your vehicle in fiberglass, plastic or wood. And I am building a 97 Blazer into a full show vehicle.
