The headlights and fog lights suck. I can't even tell from the driver seat when the fog lights are on. I have to look at the switch to tell. And for the most part the headlights just suck. Are these foglights aimable? Or is it just a stock bulb issue?

the stock bulbs just suck...go over to www.pfyc.com and get the blazertech fogs. best purchase you can make. as for headlights...shouldnt be an issue, the stock headlights produce more than enough light for nighttime driving. if not then head over to www.pilothid.com and get the 9007 kit.
hope that helps.

You can aim the fogs but don't expect much. They only fill in between the bumper and the low beams. There are adjusters at the top of the fog light bracket.
I increased my highbeams by installing Silver Stars and adjusting the headlights up a little for more distance. Don't expect any miracles there either. Other cars I've driven have better high beams
You can also buy 4" driving lights and wire them through a relay so they come on with the high beams. Many people use Hella Angel Eyes and wire the LEDs to the existing fog light switch.
Here's a picture of the stock brackets with adjuster and Angel Eyes.

Our factory foglights just suck. They burn out quickly and never last long. I think they are ONLY for looks. I quit using foglights long time ago.

Sounds like your headlights aren't installed correctly.
Two things to look for. Make sure the push clips pass through the mounting pins correctly. Typicallly people don't line up the lowers and have the headlights aimed too high.
Second thing to look for is a broken retaining ring holding the bulb in. Some times the fingers on those break and the bulb doesn't stay seated properly to be in good line with the housing/reflector.
As for the fog lights use 50w 885 bulbs instead of the 27w 880s. On most any factory installed driving lights they are typically to make the car look sportier with less intention on actually being to better illuminate the road.
