Moulding Removal

How do I remove the body moulding from my car? I am talking about the grey(on most 1990 GAs) plastic that sticks up on the sides (sorry no pic).

Can someone move this to "The Body Shop" please?

the molding that sits on the doors..... peice of cake. theres 4 nuts that hold them to the door and about 4 to 8 clips under.
take the nuts off first , right on the very front and 2 more on the back. then push UP on the pannel and thay will usally fall off or try pushing the pannel to the back of the car. some times thay will push off. 90 G.A..... carefull 9 times out of 10 there will be minor to sever rust forming and not pritty to look at

Thanks for the help. The reason I want to take them off is there are rust stains on the bottom of the doors where the rusty water dripped down.

I will go to the junkyard and try practicing on the cars there.
