Hi when i am driving at 45+ mph the right passenger seat seems to vibrate quite a bit. Can anyone tell me what needs to be tightened on the seat.
Thanks

The seat assembly sets on a track assembly.
The track assembly is attached to the floor pan with (IIRC) 4 large bolts.
Your shakiness could be at the track-to-floor bolts, or could be within the track-to-seat assembly.
With a flashlight, stick your head under there and examine stuff.
Ignore the springs, levers, and small-diameter rods/cables (these just operate the sliding mechanism).
This ^^^^ assumes the entire seat is vibrating.
If only the seatback is vibrating, then the problem is probably in the 'recline mechanism' on the right side of the seat.
You do NOT want to mess with this, since there's a huge-ass clockspring cocked to provide return/support.
Have an upholstery shop or body shop look at this.
Hope this helps,
-Rick
PS:
Is yours a 4-dr or 2-dr?
The 2-drs have an additional slide/fold/memory mechanism to allow rear-seat entry.
I never had any problem with mine, but it could also fail since it's a pretty complex mechanism.

I would recline the seat back a little bit.

Have you tried turning off the "magic fingers"?
What have you done to isolate the problem? Does it vibrate with someone in the seat? What about the type of road you're on? What if the seat is forward or back?

It doesn't vibrate when anyone or anything above about 50 lbs is in the seat (im guessing at the weight), and it does on any kind highway, old highway, new highway, regular roads, anytime when im going above 45+ it usually kicks in around 55 but seen it lower

are your tires balanced. My trucks tires needed balancing because over 50 it would shake horribly. Got the rear tires and also the front tires balanced and the seat doesn't vibrate anymore. Like they said above, the seat could be loose somewhere. My 96 Grand am also does the same thing, tires are balanced but it had some worn suspension parts. Im getting them fixed now, so i will see.

It looks from where I'm standing you have a loose seat. It may be broken. Pull it out and look for broken/bent parts.
Doesn't seem like suspension as your passengers and you aren't feeling it.
