I'm sorry to say I've seen it on a GA in person. Ididn't look at the fitment, just because its soooooo ugly. It dosen't go with the lines of the GA at all.

LOL

SEND IT BACK

Look at that front... the nostrils are so tipped over, there's no way it's gonna fit right

and did you notice the rear? you have a GT w/ dual exhaust, yet there is only one cut out for it, on the right hand side

Two year bump to defend the kit? I agree with Gus about the front fitment, you'll have fun with that. Be ready to fiberglass the back unless you want to route a new exhaust, or worse, hack up the bumper so there's a hole. Not bashin you at all, the kit looks like it has fitment issues, it was never made for a GA, they just patched pieces on it so it would fit your car instead of the Honda it was designed for.

and, also, i'd just like to point out, since you are a lil new, that i'm not hating on you personally, although my posts do tend to come off worse then I mean them.

Gus likes to get to the point. Last time it turned into a guy trying to make a pissing match out of a hobby he didn't even like.

The guy who said he'd built a few jacked up trucks but didn't like it because it "had no resale", then said everyone sided with you and respected you because you bragged about spending 30K. I think it was in the debate thread, I posted in there too but it'd take a few pages of searching to find probly.

That was quick:

He also called my car rice in another thread.

Kid, you got a nice clean GA, do yourself a HUGE favor.

DO NOT PUT IT ON.

Rice + Grand Am = Fail.

My goodness, that is by far the ugliest kit I have ever seen for a Grand Am. Its one of the ugliest kits I have seen for any car.

Just for anyone reading... Body kits, no matter what material/brand/type, do not cause orange peel. Orange peel happens during the painting process, and just about every car coming out of the factory has it. It's easily removable with 1000 grit wet sand and polish/buff

Blackhawk
10-06-2008, 02:24 PM
It's a little scarier trying to get orange peel out of factory paint though because it's generally not as thick as paint applied at a body shop.

Well if you do go ahead and have this kit installed in the spring... what are you're plans for your stock front & rear bumper covers? *ahem* and where in Ontario are you?:D
