All 1999-2005 Grand Ams come from the factory with 4x6" front speakers in the doors. Don't let the round grills fool you. You can easily fit 4", 5.25" or 6.5" round speakers with a little fabrication. 5.25" or 6.5" will fit using an adapter plate. Speaker harness? None unless you plan to use the factory speaker wires (Not recommended!). Just run new speaker wires from your deck or amplifier to your new speakers in the doors.

no, i'm getting the whole car rewired. the monsoon system has been a real pain in the ass. i hate it!
i'll be getting paid soon a nice hefty paycheck, so i'll finally get everything done, then get me new 5.25' later
