speekers sizes

dose anyone know off the top of there head what size all four speekers in a 99 grand am se 2 doorr are so i can order them before i go tearing shit apart and then have to go bby them?

4x6 in front but recomend modifing it to fit 5.25 or 6" and 6x9 in rear

If you're going to upgrade the fronts you'd want to look into puting in 5.25s or 6.5s like Curtis said and those would be round speakers, not ovals like the stock 4x6s or rear 6x9s

Put 5.25's or 6.5"'s in the front doors and leave the back at 6x9's as those provide the "boom" in your system, unless you are adding asub that is.

i deff say go with the 6.5. i just put 2 6.5 polks up front, and even compared to my 4x6 pioneers that were there, they blow them out of the water. i used the stock bracket too , i just hollwed it out.
