well you I know too can get adaptors for running rca to vga but they are expensive and you should probably get monitor that has rca and then it is as simple as running a power inverter to plug in the Xbox and maybe the monitor if you cant plug it in to 12 volt and then find a spot to mount them and your done

In the headliner? You can fabricate a fold-down setup.

it all depends where you are puting the xbox if you are puting it in the back of the car the headliner would be the only spot i could think of but if you are puting the xbox in the trunk you could mount it to the trunk lid so it shows when you open up the trunk but thats only if you do not have a subwoofer because anything in the trunk could be damaged if you have a subwoofer and if you put the xbox in the glovebox you could fiberglass it into the dash that would look awsoe but it would be alot of work

I suggest trying out the xbox on the monitor first. I have a 17" LCD with RCA inputs, but the quality is terrible on anything you connect with them. Make sure it looks alright before you go to all the work!
