I just bought universal mesh grill stuff and cut it out myself but to mount it I just screwed it on with same colour screws im sure that would work to mount that aswell

I used the factory bumper clips, I dont know how your 99+ bumpers are setup though.

for the lower part of mine, I put screws in the top through the black plastic, and then drilled holes in the underside of the front lip to hold the bottom of the mesh with zip-ties.

When I did mine all i did was zip tie the mesh to the little brackets that hold the front license plate filler on. Since I have to use a front plate here there was no reason not to. I have had no problems with it for the last year and saved myself from having to drill. Just crawl under your car and look behind the front license plate. You cant miss them.

so it's only secured on the top? doesnt it flap in the breeze? Even with mine ziptied top + bottom, wiring that I had tucked in there came loose on me before.

You could also try some clear fishing line. It holds up pretty good and no drilling required :)

Nope. It's never come off. If you push on it, there is some flex near the fog lights but It is very secure. It's almost like there's some spring tension in the mesh itself and it stays snug. Maybe it's the type of mesh itself. Mine didn't come from customcargrills.com, it came from ebay.

If you look under the bumper above the lower grill opening there is a plastic panel with plastic push rivits. I ran ZipTie through that and attached the grill with it.

To hold the lower part, I drill two tiny holes under the lowest lip of the frontend and ran to small black zip ties there too.

I think I got mine from customgrandam.com. I am not sure if he still carries them
