A useful, semi responsible adult'ish vehicle! Didn't like it at first but the looks grew on me and the deal we got on it and in trade on the grand am even in its condition I couldn't beat it!

5 year or 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty starting today, 18,300 paid for it with less than 17k miles, has all maintenance docs and original paperwork. Someone paid 24,490 for this thing less than a year ago.... they paid off my grand am which was 3800 and it didn't exactly run as it should.

Not exactly what I had planned to buy this early, but I have to be responsible. Get myself a GN or an F-body or something a few years down the road after Carrie starts her career(hoping she can get into the program to finish her degree soon) and I'm out of the AF and what not I'll get myself a toy....

Was pretty leary about the 3400 in the truck at first, but after doing some reading its apparent GM got its head outta the dark, forbidden hole and fixed the LIM and cooling system problems it had so the 3400 is a pretty good motor now :D My poor GA just kept breaking crap lol... and now, I have a warranty for 5 years with no deductible :D

Nice Trav! I was VERY close to buying a Torrent just a coupla weeks ago. I didnt care if I had a Nox or the Torrent... the roomy backseat & cargo area pretty much had me sold... then I just got the Exploder.

Very Nice Travis. Leanne and I test drove one when they first came out but she just liked the Torrent better. The only real gripe was the lower rocker extensions stick out and everytime I get in or out your pant leg rubs it. Not a big deal in the summer, but in the winter you'll end up with slush and muck all over your pants.

Yea I like the Torrent better but not bad at all.

Just curious but on the console in the center under the shifter are those the window controls??

Yeah window controls are on the center console 'underneath' the shifter...

Yeah I like the front of the Torrent a bit better but the deal I got on this thing I can't complain about what little things I like better about another car :D

Man that is kind of a wierd place to put them. My moms 86 Jag XJ6 had them on the center console too and it was just wierd to drive that around and to try and find the controls. I guess you get used to it though.

I wouldn't mind driving that at all. I really dig the newer Chevrolet trucks/midsize SUVs.

Nah, I love where those things are!

Nice 'ute, I like the Torrent better though, just because it has that Pontiac styling.

Congrats. I test drove one of those 2 weeks ago. I decided to go with a Colorado crew cab instead just cause I needed the box to haul my kids dirt bikes around.
I wish you good luck with your new vehical.
