Had to say bye to my 03 cobra.. so I bought a 99 Z28 w/ 68K miles, rs body kit, full exhaust and gears.. I got a hell of a deal.. just wanted something cheaper.. and I really wanted a LS1 motor..

well may payments are 150 bucks less and my loan is 2 years less than the cobra.. im saving a lot more money with the Z insurance wise as well.. so all in all.. was a good deal.. i got it for way under book value..

I had it out playing tonight.. the gears make it a beast of the line.. looses traction way too easy.. but all in all.. I think I made a good choice.. A LOT cheaper payments and parts will be easy and cheaper..

Take care of that 10 bolt :) I know more people that have broken them hitting 2nd than have broken them leaving the line, which was always strange to me :D Have a blast with it, the LSx line of motors is definitely one of the most impressive series of motors ever built, and they're just getting faster.
