HI everyone, I'm kind of new and just wanted post some pictures of my car. It's a work in progress and this winter I'm molding fiberglass hood scoops with exhaust vents on my hood, should look cool.

Good job so far Matt.

I was wondering about the molded hood scoops too. I'm sure I won't be the only one.

Check out www.TeamGi.com We're all over WNY, mostly in the finger lakes. Hook us with us at some shows.

Nice ride.... :) Do you have the sc/t back kit?

Where in Buffalo are you from because I am from Buffalo too :)

Don't you hate the NY laws about the front license plate

Do they enforce that front plate law by you guys? sucks if they do. They dont bother with stuff like that down here, I guess they have there hands full with other crap. Anyway, Im way off topic now. Car looks sweet, kinda reminds me of skippys car with the silver, black strips, and SC/T Kit

I've been pulled over a couple of times and let off with a warning. They wanted to see if I was drinking. If I have the plate on, they pull me over for crossing the center line. Same deal.

I honestly dont understand the two license plate laws. States will actually save 50% of thier money if they only had a back plate. Makes total sense to me.

Nice stripes. I rarely like them but those are done nice. Great looking car.

I live on Grand Island, I use to have a 98 GTP with the factory plate cover on it and got a ticket by an Amherst cop so when I got this car I didn't even bother.

Ya I bought the whole kit, it totally changes the way the car looks!

Okay...so the "Exhaust" vents you are talking about molding with the Hood scoops is Basically a Hood that allows air to go in and back out?

I'm from Tonawanda, which is about 10 minutes from you. Maybe some time we can meet up, never saw the sc/t kit in person :)

^I would put that in a PM...

Nice ride though man. I hope you have some experience in body work because molding that fiberglass scoop to a steel hood will give you a lot of headaches over time if it's not done right...Just a heads up! :)

I've got some, but I've got a good freind that's been doing auto body work for about 20 years and we'll be working on it at his shop, I wouldn't try it on my own.
