water leak

ok so just wondering if anyone knows what my problem is and can help me fix it..


ive got water thats coming inside my car and i think its a drain that is plugged with some leaves the water is dripping right down by my hood release on the driverside floor.

i took it to a autoglass shop and the guy suggested to remove the plastic shroud piece that is right next to my windshiled and has the screen where water runs down he said that its prob plugged with leaves?


anyone else had this problem? i tired to remove the shroud i took the plastic caps off on the wipers and removed the nuts with a 13mm but i cannot get the wiper to come off ? what am i doing wrong?

spray the wiper bolt and wiper base with penatrating oil, let it sit a couple minite's.put the nut back on a couple turns. grap a adjustable plier and stick one end on the nut & one end under the wiper base. i hope this helps. they also sell a wiper puller if you like.
