headers

i got the paesetter header headers for the 2.4 they dont fit they hit the fire wall. my question is when i sale these do yall know where i can get a set that will fit my 96grandam 2.4. finding the headers that bolt to the block is not the problem the problem is finding the ones that fit that car man help me out im hurting

That sucks royally. I do thank you for posting this info; it is very helpful; though you had to be the fall guy for it. :( I suggest http://www.isuzuperformance.com/ or http://www.mantapart.com/ for other options. Good luck!

What type of header did stacysga put her 2.4 ga. I could have sworn they said it was a pacesetter header

You are quite right. Heres the kicker: She has a 1999 GA, whereas coupedaddy has a 1996-98. I think theres the answer to why it wont fit.

i'm in the same boat. every dealer i talk to says they would most likely hit the frame or the fire wall. RSK Sport says that they dont know b/c they never tryed it on a 96-98 GA

if you could get block hugger headers they would work but the problem is finding them

the one mantapart.com had was basicly a stock manafold but bigger bore and ported out like you would with an intake. and RKSport.com's looks like it would go down flush with the block but they dont know if it would fit the GA
