what kind of strobe lights are you using? are you using the 10-20 dollar set from autozone or pepboys?
if so... its an easy install...
steps:
1) take package and receipt back to store
2) tell them you want to return the items
3)walk back out to your car and go on with life.
if your putting strobes *assuming for show, and not for impersonating a cop which is illegal to say the least* go with wheeling (sp) strobes....
otherwise i would put them somewhere either in the corner bulb area or in one of the smaller amber light areas (park/turn signal areas)

You could stick it in front of that useless middle light. Just keep it away from the headlight area if you are worried about blocking.

Just take out the parking/running light (the useless middle light) and put the strobe in its place.
