What were you planning on doing? Just changing pads or doing the stuff mentioned in the threads a million times?

Use a c clamp to compress the piston in, you'll need more space with the thicker pads. Pull off the bolts that are 13 mm not the 12 mm ones, those are just slides, and you'll be turning for a while. Push the old pads out, second verse reverse of the first. MAKE SURE TO PUMP UP THE BRAKES BEFORE PUTTING THE CAR INTO GEAR! I've seen people crash cars within the shop because of this.

take a mallet and hit it. It's probably just caught on the edge of the rotor.

It's only 1 12mm bolt to remove caliper but I would remove both and pull sliders out and clean and lube them with a lithium greese. You only need to remove the largetr bolts if you want to have the rotors turned (a good idea) especially if they are warped

Well, I just replaced my rotors both times I've done it so I just pulled the 13's out. Which slide unbolts top or bottom?

General rule when messing with brakes is you can beat the crap out of them but dont screw with the lines!!! lol jp

The bottom bolt is all that needs to be removed but if you don't pull the slides and lube them, your inside pad will wear quickly and the rotors will more likely warp due to uneven heating. This is assuming your pins are sticking. I had to use a pipe wrench and torch to remove mine.
