Can anyone give me instructions on how to install new 4x6 speakers in my doors.
I have a 94 GA SE.
The factories are blown, and I can't take it anymore.
Thanx

You just have to take the door trim panels off. All Phillips screws except for the little triangles by the mirrors, which are Torx T10s (or 15s?). I took this stuff apart on Saturday and I see that there is provision for a 4X6 and a 3" tweeter in there. I'll throw some pics up later...

I put the pic of the speaker in Peymen's thread, http://www.gaownersclub.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&postid=77467, but here's the recess left when you take the stock housing out.

Thank you =) \
Went very smooth...
Saturday, me and a friend of mine changed my fogs and my 2 front speakers. The doors came off with ease, only 1 clip broke.. not too bad

Take a piece of saran/cling/plastic wrap about a foot square... twist it loosely into a "rope." Floss that around the handle, you'll hear the clip pop out. Then just pull the handle off.

:???: The manual window handle is wider than the hole in the panel... you must remove it.
